Customers and passports
The customer file fills in from a passport photo
Name, number, nationality and date of birth fill in from a photo of the passport. Reading happens on the device: nothing is sent anywhere else.

One passport, one file
Photograph the passport page in the app or on the website: Zefleet reads the two coded lines at the bottom of the page and fills in the file. An expired passport is flagged. Add the driving licence, the date of entry into Thailand, the hotel and WhatsApp.
- Read on your device, with no outside service.
- Passport and licence photos stored privately.
- One complete file per customer, found again at every new rental.
The file ready for the authorities if something goes wrong
A customer doesn’t bring the scooter back at the end of the agreement and stops answering? Download their complete file as a PDF in one click, with their passport, licence and documents, to hand to the authorities.
- Search by name, passport number or nationality, in English, French or Thai.
- Each customer’s rental history.
- Test customers: their rentals don’t count in the statistics.

Example
A customer comes back the following year. Typing their name in the search brings up their file, their passport and their past rentals: all that’s left is to check that the passport hasn’t expired.
Frequently asked questions
Are passport photos protected?
Yes: they are private files, only opened through temporary links, and each shop only sees its own customers. Deleting a document is reserved for administrators.
Does reading work with every passport?
It reads the two coded lines at the bottom of the photo page, found on passports from every country. If the photo is blurred, you correct the field by hand.
Can I delete a customer’s data?
Yes: an administrator can delete a customer’s documents and file, after confirmation.
