A real agreement, sent in one tap
The PDF agreement includes your terms, your logo and your stamp, applied like a real ink stamp. Passport and insurance can be attached. It is sent by WhatsApp or email, in English, French or Thai.
- Remote signature through a link, for example for an extension.
- On return: distance ridden, fuel, deposit returned, and a PDF return receipt for the customer if you wish.
- Condition photos and videos delete themselves 30 days after the return; the signed agreement stays.

Example

Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current agreement?
Yes: your rental terms are carried over into Zefleet, in your three languages, and Zefleet can install the header of your current agreement.
Does the customer need an app to sign?
No. They sign on your phone at the counter, or open the remote signature link in their browser.
What happens to the condition photos?
They are stored privately with the rental and delete themselves 30 days after the scooter’s return, never during a rental. The signed agreement stays.
