Payments, deposits and expenses are recorded as rentals go. You see what each scooter brings in, what it costs and when it has paid for itself.
Payments and deposits
For each rental: price, advance payment, payments, balance due and deposit, in baht or another currency, with the document left as a guarantee.
- An advance payment you can change or remove by editing the booking.
- The deposit chosen at booking.
- Zefleet records the money: it collects nothing on your behalf and takes no commission.
The profitability of each scooter
Income and expenses of each scooter, with the invoice attached to each line. Income from agreements adds up by itself, and repaying a loan or a partner is followed in the same place.
- Statistics per scooter and per period.
- Test customers left out of the figures.
- Price lists by length and season, and raising or lowering every rate by a percentage.
Example
Example with fictitious figures: a PCX bought for 85,000 THB has brought in 62,000 THB in rentals, minus 4,500 THB of maintenance. Its file shows what remains before it has paid for itself: 85,000 − (62,000 − 4,500) = 27,500 THB.
Frequently asked questions
Does Zefleet collect my customers’ payments?
No. You collect as usual (cash, transfer, card); Zefleet records the payments and shows you the balance due.
Can I attach my invoices?
Yes: photograph the invoice and attach it to the expense. You can also pick an invoice already filed in the scooter’s documents.
Can the whole team see my figures?
Only members who have the “money” permission.
